"NISGA: Maltese Cook Off"

I recently had the opportunity to film a cook-off competition, and it was one of the most enjoyable filming experiences I've had.

There's something about trying to make food look appetising on camera that is both challenging and rewarding.

I have to admit, just thinking about the sizzling sounds of the food being cooked makes me excited!

But in all seriousness, the recording of the event turned out fantastic. Capturing the teams cooking while being unobtrusive is a skill that takes time and experience to master. I hope you enjoy the footage!

As a side note, I had the pleasure of meeting Nicky Bomba, a talented musician who has played with the John Butler Trio and other bands, as well as releasing solo work. He was a really nice guy.
